Why I built it

I built the career I wanted by stacking skills, not collecting certificates.

There was a stretch where I had the skills and still felt invisible: sending applications into a void, watching people with a fraction of my ability get picked because they had the right network or the right piece of paper. If that feeling is familiar, being capable and unseen, this exists to end it.

I know the education-to-employment gap because I lived it. I didn't cross it with a certificate. I crossed it by stacking real skills, real work experience, a personal brand and the right opportunities, one on top of the other, until the doors opened.

That journey took me from software engineer to product leader built across 12 global teams, toUK Global Talent, and to leading products that moved millions. But it shouldn't take luck, a visa lottery, or the right postcode to get there.

So I built Ustackschool as career infrastructure and Navigation: a system that delivers measurable outcomes, not paper. Because I believe strong people and strong societies are built on learnings, exposure, guidance and values, and everyone deserves the map.
